Where It All Started
Vision Hygiene was founded in 2008 by Nicky, a determined single mother of three, who set out to build a better future for her family. What began as a small domestic cleaning business called Nicky’s Pride soon expanded, as loyal clients began requesting commercial cleaning services too. With that simple request, Vision Hygiene was born.
Drawing on her earlier experience in the washroom industry across Birmingham, Nicky recognised a need for trustworthy, high-quality commercial cleaning — and she delivered. Inspired by her grandfather Cyril, a pioneering Birmingham businessman, Nicky built Vision Hygiene on values of hard work, high standards, and always going the extra mile.
To this day, Vision Hygiene remains a hands-on, family-run business, proudly serving clients across the West Midlands and Warwickshire. We’re proud to say we still work with some of the very same customers who helped launch our commercial journey over 15 years ago.
